Terms and Conditions

Payment is by Sterling Cheque: as we are a small business we do not have credit card facilities
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking.
The balance is payable not less than four weeks prior to departure.
On receipt of full payment we will send detailed directions and full particulars of access.
Visitors are advised to consider taking out holiday insurance, as it is not included in the rental
Prices are fully inclusive of all electricity and gas charges
High standards of cleanliness are assured
The hirer will be responsible for the cost of breakages or damage
